Issue with Service Time and Option Years

This has happened to me in two online leagues that I'm in. I have an international player that has reached three years of time as a professional and it tells me he is rule 5 eligible (even though he shoudn't be because it should be 5 years). Then as a further issue, he is placed on my major league roster for spring training since he is on my 40-man roster (which is correct), but he now shows up as having 1 year and 92 days of time on the secondary roster and is out of option years. He only spent two total years in my minor leagues and this is the first year he's on the 40-man roster so it is impossible for him to be out of option years.

I think the game used an option when I promoted him from the international league to the rookie league and has counted all his time as time spent on the secondary roster.
