Multiple Account Nightmare

I tried to set up a second PT account, but only managed to lock myself out of the game. I can access neither my original account, nor the second one I tried to create. I started getting a message on both accounts that read either my username or my password was unknown. Clicking on "forgot password" takes me to a password reset screen... where I need to enter my old password, the one that's not working. Lotta good that does, I can't reset what I "forgot".

Sorry, but I can't follow you.
If you click "forgot the password?" it opens up a browser window and not a screen.
And in that browser window you are asked for your email address.
So we can send you an email with a token that you can use to create a new password.
