HELP!!! Perfect Team...

I really enjoyed the beta of this game and went to start up again with the new reset today and it won't let me in!

I occasionally used to get "error saving" or "auto-save" errors when playing the game but it still functioned and started and quit ok.

On the advice from a forum thread I read regarding the auto save thing, I clicked on run the game as administrator option to see if that helped.

But today it won't start up and gives the message "ERROR COULD NOT FIND TEAM"...

I want to get into the game now that it's running in full regular mode... any help would be GREATLY appreciated!!
