Fan Relations
I need the ability to convey to my fans ahead of time that their beloved, Roy Brooks, #1 draft pick in the inaugural draft won't be retained at season's end after 15 years.
i.e. nothing should "crash". Expectations should be in line with the end result. |

Yeah, "fans" should be able to recognize that this player is past his peak. Maybe connect the drop in interest to the most recent season's WAR? And the same thing goes for a team acquiring him. The new team shouldn't get a bump for a famous/popular player that has not been productive? Or it shouldn't be as big of a bump as if the player above would've gotten after the 2004 or 2006 season.

And vice-versa if you recruit a famous player who is well past his peak there should be less of a positive bump.

If those fans want to have relations, tell them to book a hotel room!
(Sorry, couldn't resist. )

Should be an option to turn that off, like with player morale and personality.
