Defensive Substitutes?

Hey, was wondering if/how to set this up? I picked up Aparicio at SS to use as a late game defensive substitute, but now I can't see how to actually set that up. Any advice/pointers appreciated. This is something I could use at other positions as well, as could most players (but let's not tell everyone how to do it...just me! :-0 )
Hopefully there is a way to do it...with everything else this game includes, I'm pretty sure this must be in there. Is it?

Anyway, the way to do it is to go into the depth chart.

Hadn't seen it all the way on the right on that screen.

Can someone tell when they sub...and would appreciate advice/opinions from others on if they use this.

oops, wrong forum, and offtopic again. imagine all the hardships and problems i've caused on a video game forum. what if someone clicked on this topic!?! i think the sky would fall for sure.
