Player Reported As Retiring Let Me "Sign" Fake Player

After the season, it was reported that my player (Jared Hughes) had decided to retire. I thought this was odd so I visited his player card page and decided to click "Actions" and noticed I could "Sign This Player" when I clicked it, I was then given "Gil Martin" a 80 OVR 3rd baseman with no card photo or anything (Also his nickname is "Free" which made me chuckle).

These are in your inactive list now. That was a bug, won't happen again.

I was coming to report the same thing. Although I got a playing named sean hughes overall rating of 20.
