Worst Pack ever

This pack I opened was probably the worst yet! Highest player is a 57.

With a pack like this, 1,000 coins is a costly price. Maybe 500 is a fairer price? I managed to sell the players the attached pack for 30 since none were worthy even to be on the reserve list. Whopping 970 coin loss.

And yet, there appear to be many on this forum who believe that opening packs still turns a profit on average...

I have no idea who is correct, but I know what is right for my own personal play style.

Packs definitely shouldn't be 500. I've gotten deGrom, Canseco, Harper, Freeman, Bryant, Paxton, Diaz, Story, Carpenter.... im missing some.. out of buying a pack at a time..

I feel like 500 is way too low, and it would be easy for everyone to have the same high rated team

Does OOTP handle Pat Venditte's switch pitching abilities correctly?

Did you photoshop this? One bronze card is guaranteed, so this pack is impossible.

I have never seen this mentioned anywhere else. If this would happen, it would have been all over the place already... we'll look into it anyway.

dunno what ur relief corps looked like but Pat Venditte was very good in pen for me

and 2 days ago someone was crying about packs beung to strong. so which way should it be. i've lost 95 games 1st season so someone has to be bad. not everyone can win 95 games a year

I'm still convinced those people are crazy. But if you get lucky enough to draw a diamond or perfect and sell it, then suddenly you're "profitable" for like your next 30 packs regardless.

Yeah, exactly. It's a matter of luck mostly as to whether the packs are profitable in the short term.

In the long term, the more you buy the less likely they will to be profitable, as the odds will start to even out.

People seem to take their own experiences and assume that everyone else's is the same. Like if they won the lottery, they think winning the lottery is too easy.

That really gets under my skin. They make it sound like I am doing something wrong because I didn't get better pulls in my packs or because my team did not get multiple gold and silver achievements during the season.
