Video Card Question/Problem

I just downloaded OOTP5. I have OOTP4 and it works fine, but in OOTP5 the text is garbled. Do I need a new Video Card. I have a Voodoo3 video card that came with my pc in 1998. It is rather old. If I do need a new one, any suggestions on which one to get.

Try a couple of the following to see if it doesn't correct the problem:

http://www.nvidia.com makes a nice card, several to choose from and a variety of prices.
