A little notification sound when a new league file is available

Hey folks,

I have just added a small notification sound when the dialog for a new league file pops up. You can disable this in the profile & settings tab of the PT home screen if this annoys you.

The feature will be available once we release the next update later this week.

I don't hear anything.

I've had it on in the background (not sure if it's possible to play a sound when it's not focused). I also had it in the foreground and waited for the popup to show up and still no sound.

This feature will be available with the next OOTP 19 update. You cannot hearn anything yet.
