Remaining Expenses

SSG Baseball is an online daily SIM league (mirroring real life dates), modern day, running for four seasons.

A GM noticed his remaining expenses increased over a SIM from $152,382,500 to $172,352,500 with no evidence of why.

The only transaction of the 11/07 was a contract extension of 5/$105m to a pitcher with the contract starting in 2019 and called for the following to be paid:-
2019 - $19m
2020 - $20m
2021 - $21.5m
2022 - $21.5m
2023 - $23m

I have loaded up backups I keep and found this evident when simming from the gamefile from the dates 11/05 to 11/07 (this was a two day SIM to allow people to download the latest OOTP version release).

As I cannot see a reason for the increase in remaining expenses I would like to refund him the $19,970,00 thus returning it to the orginal figure but cannot find a method to do so.

I have uploaded the following files to the server SSG_110518.zip and SSG_110718.zip

If I have the ability to make this change, can you tell me how.

If you have to make the change I can upload the latest file to the server for modification.
