I believe it's the top 4 (the teams in the ALCS/NLCS).

We do not know exactly yet, it depends on the total number of teams in the system. I think it'll be around 8-12 per league this cycle.

Good to know, is that just to get out of the rookie league? I could have sworn I saw a graphic someplace that said the top 4 were promoted every season... But I guess you would know better than I would

Imagine they have to stabilize the league sizes before they can settle at 4/4.
