Minor leagues in historical mode

I like to play with real minor leagues turned on, but this means no minors until 1915 and not being able to prematurely expand the MLB.

Suggestion is a league setting where we can flag a particular minor league (or leagues) to stay open instead of closing whenever the new year's minor league database is loaded.

Would also be good to have some of the real minors before 1915 (the stable ones that survived for a few seasons at least) reflected in the game even without a full complement of real players. Perhaps users could get an option for which year they want the real minor leagues to start showing.

With real minors on before 1915 most of the real players from 1901 on load as free agents. The teams may not exist but the players do.
With every version more players appear. Quite a few from the 1890's debuts are in as well.
