30 Million dollar contracts, players holding out, hitting your 76th homerun of the season, the New York Yankees...

All of these things are no more. Introducing the Tri-County Baseball League (http://simsportsworld.com/tcbl)

Who are we?

We are a small, 12 team fictional league, using Counties from all over America. There are no star players in the league, and there are no players making 20 million dollars. This league is all about the fans. Each team will play in front of crowds between 1,000-5,000 fans, and then the team will hop on a train for their road series the next day! The league also has no prospects at the moment, as only the developed players were invited to join.

Also, we will be tracking 1 player of the season every year, in a special segment called "Player Diary". A fully fictional world full of stories will be created, as we track a random player throughout the year, and learn about him as a player, and as a person. This idea is to give an owner more "feel" for his player, and will allow for some creative writing.

As mentioned, this league is for the true fans, with everything you can love about small town baseball. There are no Sammy Sosa's of the league. There was never an I in team, and this league shows the perfect example of that. You will need a whole team effort to pull through the grueling 162 game season, where only 2 teams make it to the Championship. Thanks for your time, and hopefully I will see you there!
