How do I post screenshots?

I have been playing for YEARS.. Now that I am playing Perfect team I really need to know how to post screenshots... Thanks so much if you can help

Get an account somewhere. I use postimage.org. Up top on your toolbar click on the picture and past the url inside and get something like this
