Some teams having issues exporting

Hello, so in my league I have some teams that on their end it shows that they have exported successfully. However, when I go to import some teams shows a successful import while others shows that the file was loaded from the server but not imported. What does this mean exactly, as I know these teams have our latest file unzipped. Also, some teams still are getting the 201 error.

I am having same issue in a different league. The online league play for this game is a complete and utter disgrace. Who beta tested this game? What a joke.

We are also having issues with some GMs getting emails from another team, such as the welcome email.

This was, of course, on the patch before todays. Were these perhaps part of the updates?
