Stadium Editing Problem

I recently downloaded the nice stadiums from this address.

Everything is working correctly except the two stadiums below.

Cincinnati and Chicago Whitesox are not setup correctly so I tried to click "Edit Park" button and it would not display the menu of parks for some reason. I went to league setup to change all of the teams over to human so I can control this screen but that button was not showing up on my game for some reason. Anybody have any suggestions for correcting this problem?
