Changing Minor League Affiliations?

So with the changes in MiLb affiliations how do you go about making those to an existing league in OOTP?

For example Round Rock leaving Texas, and Texas new AAA affiliate is Nashville

Simply changing in the league setup moves the team to the new MLB team, but all the players that were listed move to the new team as well

What I used to do was physically change the name/logos/uniforms of the teams and if needed, move them to the proper league as well.. It was a massive pain..

You need to move all players on the team you want to switch and the one you want to switch to, to other levels in there respective organizations. Once that is done go to league structure and you can change the affiliations that way. Once one day is moved forward the AI will reassign players to those new affiliates.
