Stats freaks

I wanted to make this thread, in order to invite stats freaks like myself.
I believe that in-game stats has much more value than the actual ability and potential stats, specially for low ability/potential players.

Anyhow, i'm still learning to understand which stats are important for each player, position and role? Additionally i'm trying to figure out, how i correct my players in different position to achieve better stats in their role.

Anyone out there, with same game philosophy?
