Initial draft ratings
Are player ratings not available to teams in online play unless they've scouted? I feel like this should not happen on the initial draft. I've turned off fog of war, so I know that's not the issue. Is there a work around or something for this. All my gms are only seeing potential and ability stars.

Just to add on, the commissioner can see the ratings but the non-commissioner's cannot. And we do not have time to scout because the league file was started on July 1st and the draft is on July 2nd. The scouts would not have a chance to scout these players regardless.

Yeah I made a post about this a few days ago. At the very least the commissioner needs to have all players fully scouted. It'd be a pretty big workaround but at least there's a chance for people to know what kind of player they're drafting!

The commissioner does in our league. In fact, we created a dummy file and added a commissioner every has access to. This way everyone can see who they're drafting. The reason we did a dummy file is so that some knucklehead can't change anything in our actual league file.
