Ability to have three leagues in your OOTP world

I would love if OOTP would allow three equal leagues to operate as Major leagues. What if the Federal League survived and even thrived and became a third league? I would love the option to play through that type of fictional world.

And while we are on this topic... I would love the ability to have a three way playoff system. One where three teams make the playoffs.
The teams play round robin, stay "alive" until one team loses 4 games. Once you lose the fourth game you are out. Remaining two teams play until one of those teams lose their fourth and now we have a winner...

if you unaffiliate the federal league after the 1915 season it will stick around forever as a major league as long as you also change the league level to major

works for any league after its history ceases I am in 2012 and the negro leagues are still rolling

How does that effect the draft. Will all the teams from the three leagues enter the draft?

While it's not quite like having 3 sub-leagues (which I think is what you're really looking for), you can create a League Association which allows the associated leagues to have some common rules, a shared draft, and a playoff tournament between leagues. It's a little bare-bones, but it's as close as OOTP gets.

Yea, I really wish this feature would get fleshed out. It is tough to use in its' current form.
