I saw a line drive hit my pitcher, goes to the shortstop and he threw to first for the out. Spring training, my number two starter and not a mention of an injury. Anyone else come across that.I love the occasional random and rare things that still come up.

Haha yeah that's pretty odd. Can't say I've seen something like that yet. Probably the weirdest thing I've seen so far is a sub .500 team sweep everyone in the playoffs

I've seen the "ricochet off the pitcher to another infielder" play a few times over the years playing OOTP.

Lately, I get the occasional bench clearing brawl. Still, the funniest one is when I was two innings into the game and all of a sudden the game went crazy and started simming until the end of the game. I was going nuts trying to stop it while wondering what I did to set it off. I had to laugh when I saw the reason was I argued balls and strikes and got ejected.
