OOTP perfect team

I am confused is perfect team supposed to be for ootp 20 not ootp 19? I understand things can go wrong but shouldnt they tell us that perfect team may not be release for ootp 19? any news on ootp 19 its like the most silence of anything he reports kind of frustrating.

Baseball never ends.But have to have something to do til OOTP 20 comes out.
