Minor League managers / affiliations changing

Do minor league managers and coaches have an impact on the development of players? Also, do minor league affiliations ever change or can we change them ourselves?

Yep. They do. It's very hard to assess how, but there is no question (I know from talking with Markus) that coaches do impact player development.

Not 100% sure about this. If your league has league evolution, it MIGHT change on its own. But you can definitely change it yourself.

Go to Game >> Game Settings >> League Settings tab >> League & Teams tab >> pick a minor league from the league drop-down in the top right.

Then the left side of the screen will show the affiliation, which you can easily change:



It's not going to enforce consistency, though, so for example be careful you don't give one team 5 affiliates and another 1. Unless you want that.
