Would You Give Out This Contract?

I believe she's a clone of Billy Wagner so I know she will do well but I'm trying to ignore that. i have yet to try negotiating the contract but last time i looked, she wanted 7 per yr. I have an injured CL on the DL.
Clark is a FA, DeCaren has a team option at 11.6, so hes gone as well. I have a young SP who is the 12th ranked prospect in the ABF that will most likely start next season in the pen. Casey is a rookie, Evans is in his 2nd season as is Sintach, who is a clone of Radinsky.
So should i do the deal?
