Draft Class
I am looking at a league where I would only have AAA and AA for minors (may call them something else), so would like to limit rookies coming into the game to 20-21 years of age. I don’t want 17-18 year olds crowding my minors since I really won’t have developmental leagues. Reason for only two minors is to focus on MLB but be able to see stats for my non-MLBers.
So, several questions: 1. If I set the minimum age for players to 20, will that remove the real life players from the 2018 draft? 2. Can I run the draft in March (assuming use non-US leagues so the game starts in early March)? 3. If I create a college feeder league, and run the draft in March to clear out the 2018 class, run the feeder for the 2018 season, then draft in December again, is that okay? Thanks! |

1. No, but what you can do is that once the draft pool reveals, just delete all the players in the draft. Then set the pool reveal date to a day or two in the future and the game will generate prospects that fit the criteria you set.
You'll need to do the same in 2019, 2020 and 2021 as well. 2. Sure, no reason you couldn't do that. 3. Yes, that would also probably work afaik.
