What strengths should I look for when hiring a Asst. GM?

Asst. Gm is pretty much fluff from what i can tell. i give him duties to move minors leaguers up and down. About all. and 1 out of 20 trades he'll say "This looks like a good deal." Rest of the time it's "This doesn't make much sense. Maybe we should ask for a prospect." And i tell the computer, that's why you're the Asst. Gm and i'm the real thing as i push complete trade button.
