The Royals are horrendously horrible on my OOTP. It's a bunch of FA vets (Schoop, Rendon, Jaso, Trumbo) mixed with the kids (O' Hearn, Bonafacio, etc.) and they have almost the same record as the real Royals. I was perusing the Staff Search and came across an amazing GM who is crazy heavy towards prospects and about every one of his bars (Prospects, scout, player loyalty, etc.) is almost to the end of the bar! Should I Commissioner Mode and become the GM with he as my Assistant and let him run the team?? Or...wait til the offseason and see where chips fall??
