Adding Feeder Leagues

Hey, everyone. So I forgot to add feeder leagues to my new 2018 playthrough and I would still like to do so if possible. The draft is done for the 2018 season. What is the best time at this point to add feeders? After the season is completed?

I would do it after season rolls over and before preseason
