Scouting report does not update when position is switched

I play in a stats only league so we have to rely on the scouting reports and stats since there are no ratings. In previous versions of the game, when the position was switched from P to a fielding position, the scouting report would change to show the scouting information for that player as a position player. The reverse was true too, when a position player was changed to a pitcher, the scouting report would change and show a pitching scouting report.

In OOTP 19, the scouting report does not change when the player's position is switched between pitcher and position player. This makes it impossible to scout if a pitcher with decent batting stats is actually a player that could be a position player or not.

Any chance of getting this updated to show the proper scouting report based on the player's position?
