Vacant Starting Pitcher in Rotation

I'm running my league as "manager only". The GM as demoted my 4th line starter. As a result, I have 4 pitchers in a 5 man rotation. How can I go to the "Commissioner Mode", make this adjustment, and then go back to the current format, "manager only"? Thanks in advance.

I'm guessing the GM thinks that one of the relievers would be better served in the starting rotation. If you do go into commish mode, you should be able to promote/demote players at will, however know that the AI may override you on a daily basis. The only way to have full control would be to take over as GM+Manager.

Go to manager options and check box play in commissioner mode. But I believe when you go back to manage only your owner will more than likely demote your fourth starter again. That is part of the challenge of playing in manage only mode. I play in manage only mode, and my gm released my 4th and 5th starters on consecutive days. It took awhile, but the gm did replace them with better pitchers.
