my comprehensive filter/display suggestions

So here's things that I use frequently that take up a lot of my scouting and trading/transaction time as GM that seem like relatively easy fixes:

Trading screen, and have the "make this work now" be a regular sortable/filterable list - hate when I'm trading for a minor prospect kind of guy and the GM from the other team returns a list of like a hundred dudes he would take. I'm probably middle-of-the-road in keeping track of my prospects, but I don't really know the difference between the dozens of 20-potential guys I haven't scouted in my rookie league. Also would be nice to be able to look at the other team's injury ratings and morale etc of players and not just contract or basic rating info, and stats are not sortable at all. Annoying to go back and forth between another team's roster and the trading screen, etc.

Love the updates with the trading block and team needs from this last year though. Way to go! I've been able to make much more sensible trades in 19 than before. Only complaint that's not like real life is not being able to do 3-way trades. But that seems a bit more complex. And maybe would make more sense for shop a player/team needs/trading block to be combined into one trading center screen, where you could say what you were looking for and getting rid of. ("Anyone want this guy for a speedy CF?") Anyway.

No option to sort/display Hitter or Pitcher Type anywhere - for instance, if I want to look for a Power Pitcher or Groundballer etc. from the list of free agents, etc. This seems arbitrarily not included in sortable displays. As far as I can tell you can only see this info in the player ratings screen, at least two clicks into their page.

No financial or personality options in Filter list - I can't filter any list by say, guys with 1 year on their contract remaining, or national/local popularity, certain level of morale, etc. Bummer. There's probably other possible things missing from the Filter screen but it at least should be the same things that you can edit in View, right? It doesn't make sense to me that not all of these same things would be available for sorting.

One of the other examples of this that is annoying is not being able to just filter out guys in the draft who are "Impossible" to sign. Also, the "Find a Player" could be ditched if this were in the filter menu instead. Find a Player isn't very handy since you can only see the ratings (or a little more info at higher resolution/bigger screen) for the returned results...

Personnel relationships - Love the improvements in 19 to the coaching staff but also still have to click on each coach individually to see their levels of getting along with players/development influence... seems like that could be easily implemented in the available personnel screen. And also,

Coach interest in "Current Opportunity" - would be nice to be able to filter out interested coaches for not only open positions, but just any of the positions whether it is vacant or not.

So basically, just some handier shortcuts on the trading, draft, and coaching screens are my only criticisms. I'm sure these have probably been raised before, but let me know if there's anything too off base here. I don't think it affects much of the gameplay as all this data is already there, just not displayed in the most effective manner.
