Urgent! Potential Game-Breaking Bug: rating discrepency

This is potentially a huge, game-breaking bug. Pitcher's stats in my own team(Braves, Atl.) and others show this problem. When you hover over pitcher it shows inaccurate stuff rating. When you got to scouting tab while viewing a player (to see the results of scouting reports) everything is fine except for one major problem. The updated scouting reports from OSA and your scout are shown above the results of previous scouting reports on the left side of screen. The stuff rating from your scout is very low and inaccurate, confirmed by what you see when hovering over players name on any screen in the game. If this inaccurate rating is what determines how your player actually plays, and it appears this may be the case, their exists a huge, game-breaking bug on OOTP 2019. Thank you in advance for a prompt response to this issue. My immediate concern whether or not this issue is affecting player performance. Thank you.

The scout rating never affects how the player plays, it just affects how the ratings show for you. The underlying rating always remains the same though. So no worries, this won't affect player performance in the least
