Can You Add a Minor League Team?

My lowest minor league team has 112 players. I would like to add another team. I know that you can add minor league teams to a minor league, such as adding one to the Eastern League.

If that is the 'way to go', how do I then affiliate it to a MLB team?

go to the eastern league --->league settings (for eastern league not mlb) ----> League & Teams.

there you have each team listed and you can change affiliation

if you are playing a historical game, the OOTP will not recognize your team creations/changes after the season is finished and the team you created will be deleted as the game reconstructs the "correct" historical leagues. also the players from that team probably will end up as Free agents.
