Export Player Picture

Is there a way to export/download the Player's Facegen Picture in Uniform outside of the game?

I've noticed some folks doing this to show uniforms they've created and had wondered if there was an easy way to do it or if it required taking a screenshot and manually cutting out the player's image. The players in this thread (link) are an example of what I'm looking for.

The player images are stored in your leagues folder. ex) Z:\OOTP Baseball 19\data\saved_games\yourleague.lg\news\html\images \profile_pictures
The players are listed by the player ID number. You have to go in to the player edit mode and the ID number is listed above the players name.
