OOTP 19 Minor league manager

I am playing a historical game starting in 1946 and took a job as a minor league manager.

Is there any way to cut down on the amazingly redundant and constant transactions when managing the minors. I understand making it a challenge and losing players on occasion but what is happening is 1 day 9 players get called up and 9 get sent down to me then the next day the same 9 switch again then 2 days later 8-10 more players switch places.

Am I missing something? At this point I'm not even resetting the lineups anymore because it has become a major annoyance.

cant figure out how to post a screenshot but between 8-1 and 8-23 there were 13 days where players were called up and sent down 102 called up and 102 sent down. Kinda crazy
