League association stuff...

I love my league association, but I feel like it's limited in a few ways that would be really easy to fix.

League association playoff champions should get icons like World Series winners do. There should also be an option to view news from the league association, not just either your league or the entire world (because I really don't care about what's happening in the PECOS League or whatever). And there should definitely be an option to have the leagues in the association share a single Hall of Fame -- after all, they can share a draft, right?

Adding these features in subsequent patches would go a long way toward making my OOTP 19 playthrough more immersive and intuitive.

The association aspect of OOTP is severely lacking that's for sure.
