Shop a Personnel Position

Is there a way to shop a personnel position? Say, my AAA Manager, so I don't have to go from person to person offering contracts to see if they are even interested?

New in the personal screen you are able to select which open job you want to search for and it will only show interested candidates.

What if the job isn't open, but I want to upgrade?

Pretty sure you have to have an open position first. There may be some workaround in commissioner mode. Set your current manager to have no team, try to offer the position to some available candidates and see if any will accept.
