How to pick up a player's option - need help

I am in the 2019-20 offseason with my Cardinals and got an email saying I have four players I need to decide if I want to pick up their options for next season.
But I cannot find that anywhere in the transatctions portion of the player's page.
Anyone know?
I don't know how long I can take to make a decision and I'd like to roll through this postseason as quickly as possible.

I do it right through the email at the top one of the headers. Could be other ways to do it too but thats how I do it
