Cant find pro/rel MLB qs

Somewhere a little while ago I bumped into a thread of someone who took the MLB quickstart and turned it into a promotion relegation setup. I was thinking of doing something similar so wanted to try his.
But I have searched this forum, in fact all over, and can\t find it. I remember reading the thread so I know it is around.
can anyone point me to it
