More 3-pitch MiL quality SP
**(all of this is irrelevant if reality is that there aren't that many 3-pitch sp - rather it mimic life than false perception. i'm assuming they have 3 but just not ~good at throwing them, lol)**
as the title says - even if AA-capped in potential. nothing that could reach the majors beyond spot start at best.
with normal/default scouting accuracy you run out of 3-pitch SP very early in the draft. you have a choice of barely enough 3pitch sp on your mil teams by almost exclusively drafting SP in first few+ rounds or some middling bats for mil offense and half your mil rotations will be 2-pitch guys..
i make 5 extra rounds of players too. 39draft/44created
this doesn't really affect the MLB, but would allow drafting strategies to be more varied. i think the current demand for AAAA/MLB-type sp is awesome, but maybe a few more lower tiered ~80-100/200 *3 pitch guys for later rounds.
aaa isn't a problem for sp as much as aa/a. they don't even have to be AAA-quality. "AA.5" would be awesome.
