Computer keeps changing my minor league lineups/rotation

Am i missing a setting. i'm got strategy locked, but the AI keeps changing my lineups and rotation/bullpen roles for my minor leagues. How do I stop that?

I have a possibly-related problem. When I configure an opposing team, my lineup disappears if I make changes to my lineup afterward. If I do my team first, the the opposing team, no problem.

Do you have it set so that you determine the lineups as opposed to the minor league managers? The setting is on the manager options screen.
