control roster moves

i am in commissoner mode i want to control teams roster moves when i move players the team changes them back need help

You need to be the manager of the team.

Can also click on Set all computer teams NOT to allow roster moves.
Under League Settings/ Functions

This will stop all teams from making any roster moves at all until you click on Allow all teams to make roster moves.

or use the "prevent ai roster changes" check box in team settings.

problem with the last 2 choices is you have to do everything for all teams.

another option is to make a bunch of human managers and delegate all that you can while allowing you to control whatever you want to control.

"GM-Legacy mode" may be a good thing to click too. prevents controlling managers from usurping your "human" gm's depth chart choices.
