Challenge Mode ?’s

I have many questions regarding the Challenge Mode however in my search for answers I have come up empty.
Is challenge mode a finished product or is work still be completed on it?
Is there a link of the rules that I have yet to find?
Is there a sub forum? Is there a Q & A location? Is there any factual information anywhere?

Creating a new league questions…..

Rules Tab
Trades with other Major Leagues? Enabled box. What does this mean? What other Major leagues?
AI Trading Frequency… choices are very low to very high. Does this mean the Trading Frequency (offers) with me or between AI teams?
Use pre-defined Draft Value for AI…. Means what if checked? Means what if not checked?

Financials Tab
Import/Adjust Settings
What is this used for? What is it not to be used for? I’m replaying starting in 1977 what if anything does this have to do with me? Am I touching this?
If I check the “Enable Reserve-Clause Era Rules” what happens? What happens if I don’t check it?
“Allow free agent from other leagues”… What other leagues?

Players Tab

“Automatically import historical player-creation modifiers” does what if I do or don’t check this box? Why would I or wouldn’t want to?

Historical Tab

“Automatically adjust league strategy”….. means what exactly? I am a baseball fanatic however I’m not so sure I’ve ever heard it said nor have I read how or when or why MLB adjusts league strategy. I’m lost with this.
“Import adjust financial settings after each year” … but if on the Financials tab I change the attendance baseline number per game or the ticket price will those things be affected by this being checked or not?
What if I change the Import/Adjust settings (year & factor) how do they interact if at all?

Statistical Accuracy
“Automatically adjust league totals modifiers after each season for accuracy”… means what if I have it checked? Means what if I have it unchecked?

Stats & AI Tab

IMPORT SETTINGS
Select which settings to import… select year………. What does this do or not do? Am I using it in my 1977 league? Does it affect any other settings I have previously selected?

Historical modifier & totals settings
“Automatically adjust league totals modifiers after each season for accuracy”… wasn’t that just in the previous tab…historical? Are they the same? Different? The same but different?

“Lock league total stats (excludes modifiers & applies to affiliated leagues too)”… means???

Any help anyone can provide will be greatly appreciated. I’ve watched as many videos I could find but could not find any real answers.

From the OOTPB manual...

Out of the Park Baseball now includes Challenge Mode.

If you enable Challenge Mode for the game you are about to create, you'll experience a whole new way to play OOTP. You'll enjoy streamlined gameplay, collect new achievements and awards, and face extra challenges when building your baseball dynasty.

Challenge Mode differs from the classic OOTP experience in the following ways:

Commissioner mode and the player editor are disabled
League rules and setting adjustments are also disabled
Certain AI team control settings are disabled
Long-term simulation ("Auto-play until...") is only available during the offseason
New in-game achievements can be unlocked while playing games out

Your achievements and season scores will be tracked in your personal OOTP online profile (as long as you're logged in), which will allow you to compare your career and accolades with those of other OOTP players all over the world

Challenge mode requires the creation of an OOTP online profile, which can be done via the bar at the top of the start screen. In order to complete the profile, an authenticator token will be sent to the e-mail address you specify.

There is no sub-forum for Challenge Mode, but any other specific questions can be answered here.

Thanks @stealofhome there were some answers there but not all. Too bad there is not a set of rules just for CM.
I wish all of the options in the rules section for CM just pertained to CM.

Maybe those with more experience than I will respond with more answers?
