North American team logos

I've been working on updating the team logos from the logos megapack for a while. Since I'm done with the North American teams, I thought I'd share what I've got.

So here's a NA teams logopack for all the Canadian and American leagues in the League of the World screen.

I did not create all these logos, I'm just updating and repackaging the whole thing.

I have started working on the rest of the world, but boy, there are a lot of teams out there! Let's hope it'll be ready for FHM5.

This pleases me to see, some of the logos were long overdue for an update, like Hamilton's. Hopefully the rest won't be too much of an undertaking to update then, I know there's a ton of them out there to fix.
