Problem Installing

Bought the Game ---
Pushed Dowmload
it now tells me it can not read the game files.

Can only think I am doing something wrong -- in the past it was pretty smooth ,,,, I have tried 3 times --- any suggestions.

I deleted OOTP 10 / OOTP 12/ OOTP 14 / and OOTP 16 -- to ensure I had plenty of space for files .... HELP
