Draft Picks

I think that we need to get the option to trade draft picks. Maybe put it in the internet league options or something. I know that this has been brought up before but i thought i would bring it up. Dont worry about the AI just have it in online leagues.

I agree that it's a good idea but it's not really needed with the new Draft Order Utility that was created
