Personality ratings research?

I remember reading a great post a few years back that did a personality ratings test. They made a bunch of exact copies of players but switched personality settings and showed the different career progressions. I've scoured the forums but can't find it for the life of me. Does anyone know what I'm talking about and happen to have a link?

Well I decided to start looking into this myself since I can't find the other research. My initial tests (1/2 fractional factorial w/center points) were inconclusive so I have to change the methodology. I did however come up with a chart that seems to explain the personality classes fairly well.
