Getting ready to start a new team
Hello ootper's I am a complete noobie I know how the gm works and the rules at least most part and I know and understand the interface but how can i learn a new team i have a very very small white board and I have Word and what notes and things should i write I.E being organize etc...

A good way to get to know your team is to click on the "Meet the Team" tab from your team's homepage. That'll give you a lot of useful information about positional strengths and weaknesses, your team's top prospects, and your team's budget situation. It's the first place I start before I just start looking at individual players on each team.
