Setting to always rest DtD minor leaguers?

Is there a setting somewhere for this? I can find it on a per-player basis, but I basically want a "GM dictate" at all levels not to play DtD minor leaguers. The point is development, and there's plenty of players, so I see no reason for them to be risked.

yeah, i do this with every "locked" prospect i care about.

i lock level, sometimes force position and always set "at least minimal" for the drop down box on dtd injuries and resting.

right click player, go to Game Strategies..

or, Stategy screen -> Individual strategies sub-screen.

2 ways to skin that cat.

can let manager decid, minimal, etc ... multiple choices for each type of severity.
