My First Perfect Game
Been playing OOTP for 11 years now, and just got my first perfecto.
Of course, I forgot to save box scores for the high school league I created and manage, so I only have the screenshot of this. Will now have to go back and re-watch this one in 3D!! |

Had one this evening from none other than Harvey Haddix
Mr. Perfect: Haddix Tosses Rare Gem Sometimes a pitcher is lucky and sometimes he is good. Harvey Haddix is confident which category he belongs in. The controversial Colorado Rockies left-hander pitched his way into baseball history with a perfect game against the Washington Senators at Colorado Field today. "Baseball is a team sport and you usually can't boil it down to one guy," Haddix proclaimed in the postgame press conference. "Today is a special case, though. I felt incredible the second I got on that mound, and the results speak for themselves." The perfect game led the Rockies to the 3-0 win over the Senators. Haddix retired all 27 hitters he faced and fanned 10. |
